Fazilah Yusof is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources \u2013 International (SPHRi) from HRCI and a certified Executive Coach accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). She also holds a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management. She is also an appointed Thought Leader with the National Human Resources Center (NHRC), a think tank for Human Resources Development Corp (HRD Corp) established to provide strategic and operational HR competencies for Malaysian industries.<\/p>

Fazilah served the corporate sector for 31 years partnering with multifarious industries ranging from oil & gas, financial, industrial and Government linked Companies (GLC) while holding Senior Management roles including Chief Human Resources Officer at HRD Corp and Prudential BSN Takaful.<\/p>

As a Corporate HR expert, Fazilah is able to leverage her past C-Suite engagement at Board and Senior Executive levels, where engagement with Board members as a whole and Board Committees in specific was key in showcasing and establishing the Human Resources agenda within the Organization.<\/p>

Her wide exposure to Change Management, People Management, Stakeholder Management, and Organizational Development not only made her a successful HR practitioner but also an excellent coach, trainer, mentor, and motivator. Due to her interest in building people, she has spearheaded several change management projects involving talents. These include the development and implementation of Leadership Development platforms in line with the building of leadership bench strength and succession planning.<\/p>

Fazilah founded Invictus Leadership Consulting Sdn. Bhd. (ILC) in 2021 as a boutique advisory firm specializing in C-Suite Executive Coaching and solutions for human capital and talent strategies.<\/p>

A strong believer in reinventing and continuous improvement, she places attitude as the most important criterion for anyone to succeed. She strongly endorses the \u2018\u2019continuous learning\u2019\u2019 habit for personal development. She is a go-getter and has always lived true to her motto: \u201cYou are your best investment..!\u201d that continuously drives her to keep her skills relevant to the needs of the corporate world.<\/p>
