Sibelco is a 150-year-old minerals company, leading the implementation of the people strategy, policies, and practices for the region to support long-term business needs. Prior to that, she was HR Director for Dutch Lady Milk Industries (FrieslandCampina) for Malaysia wherein among other initiatives she led the people transition for Supply chain and Commercial function. Till December 2021, Anjali was the Regional Head of Talent Centre of Competence, for Nestl\u00e9 in Asia Pacific and Sub-Saharan Africa Region, wherein she was leading a multicultural, semi-virtual team delivering talent management, leadership, organization development, diversity &amp; inclusion, and learning and capability building solutions. Since 2006, Anjali has held various positions in Nestl\u00e9, including Corporate People Development and Employee Communications Lead for South Asia, and Change, Organization Design and Communications Lead for Indochina between 2013\u20132018.
