She has identified and assessed senior hires for finance, legal, technology and communications roles, and has been a champion for talent diversity beyond physical representation to include background, training, and industry experience.<\/p><p>Adele applies her leadership and organisation development training to specialise in change and transformation. She has supported the design, development and delivery of numerous strategic people plans, including full end-to-end management of talent programmes and processes for many companies such as GE, Standard Chartered Bank, HSBC, RSA, Prudential, Varde Partners and Tokio Marine Kiln.<\/p><p>Due to her multi-faceted background in finance, media, human resources and psychology, Adele has an excellent understanding of how things are on the ground.
