He also holds a post-graduate Diploma in Personnel Management (1994) from the Malaysian Institute of Personnel Management.<\/p><p>He was named as an Asia\u2019s Top HR Leader 2024 by SpeakIn and Asia Dialogues and was identified as one of Top 40 HR Icons for Malaysia 2024 by ETHRWorld.<\/p><p>He is a Thought Leader for HRD Corp, Ministry of Human Resources, and is a Certified Professional Coach and Mentor.
