Terry is the Co-founder and CEO of People Potential. During this period, People Potential’s clients expanded to include large corporations and financial institutions across Asia, with occasional engagements in Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Africa. Since 2018, People Potential has won over 30 HR and L&D awards in Malaysia and Singapore.

Over the years, he has facilitated workshops in cities like New York (Wall Street), London, Frankfurt, Beijing, Hyderabad, Shanghai, Singapore, and Hong Kong. He has also presented at or moderated panel discussions at conferences and L&D events in Australia, Bahrain, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mauritius, Singapore, and Switzerland. 

Terry stopped classroom delivery at the end of 2024. Most of his work now is about evolving the firm’s structure, core competencies, and strategies in the face of AI and digitalisation, which includes conceptualising and designing new Leadership Development interventions. He is also actively mentoring the next generation of People Potential’s leaders.
