With more than thirty-four years of HR work, Razman has had a wealth of experience covering numerous industries for government development agencies, GLCs and multinationals.
Razman graduated from the International Islamic University Malaysia in 1989 with an honour’s degree in Business Administration. He also holds a post-graduate Diploma in Personnel Management (1994) from the Malaysian Institute of Personnel Management.

He was named as an Asia’s Top HR Leader 2024 by SpeakIn and Asia Dialogues and was identified as one of Top 40 HR Icons for Malaysia 2024 by ETHRWorld.

He is a Thought Leader for HRD Corp, Ministry of Human Resources, and is a Certified Professional Coach and Mentor. Razman is also the Deputy President of MIHRM.
