A legally trained professional who started her career in the legal industry and have since had a multifaceted career which spans several portfolios which include legal advisory, company secretarial work, technology investment, business advisory, and the management of MTDC Technology Centres.

In the current role as Head of Group Human Capital, I am responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that support the overall business plan and strategic directions for MTDC. My approach to human capital management is for our people to be highly motivated, well-being preserved, and for human capital practices aligned with the overarching goals of MTDC, ensuring that the organisation attracts, retains, and develops top talent to drive its vision and mission as the leading Technology Investment company in Malaysia.
