While she was studying her degree of psychology during her university days, Mabel already knew that working in the Human Resource department is both her calling as well as her passion. Intrigued by the differences of people’s reactions and ways of working, she took it as a challenge to work differently resulting in her winning the HR Professional Award of year 2015. Now, in Nando’s, a company with strong values with the belief that it is the People that makes the Chicken, she is working diligently to further build the team to be ‘fired-up’ and passionate on both the brand and product.
