Edalyn “Lyn” D. Hadjula-Legarde is a seasoned HR professional with over 25 years of experience in People and Culture Strategy and Management across multinational and local organizations. She has distinguished herself in the HR field through her dedication to Inclusion and Diversity, Talent and Leadership Development, and Strategic Rewards.

Professional Experience: Lyn has worked with renowned brands including AMA Group of Companies, Emerson Electric Asia Ltd, Red Ribbon Bakeshop Inc. (a Jollibee group company), Philip Morris HR Shared Services, Philip Morris Asia Ltd, and Alaska Milk Corporation.

Current Role: Currently, Lyn serves as the Country People and Culture Director for Dutch Lady Milk Industries – Malaysia Berhad, part of Royal Friesland Campina.

DEI Interventions: Lyn has spearheaded numerous DEI interventions at local, regional, and global levels, including Equal Salary Certification, Wellness and Well-being Programs, Psychological Safety initiatives, Women Leadership Development, and championing Unconscious Bias.

Academic and Professional Qualifications: Lyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with a major in Legal Management from Ateneo de Manila University, a Diploma in Industrial Relations from the University of the Philippines, and HR-related certificates from prestigious institutions such as Ateneo CORD, Pennsylvania State University, and London Business School.

Certifications: She is a holder of the Level 3 CHRME designation and is a Certified Senior HR Practitioner by CPHR/CAHR United Kingdom.
