Strategy, Talent Management, Leadership & Learning and Development, Performance Management
and HR Shared Service. Chris handles complex people matters such as compliance
with employment laws across multiple jurisdictions, rightsizing, compensation and benefits, and
employee engagement. Additionally, she leads initiatives to enhance organizational development,
including learning frameworks and cultural programs, while striving to balance the demands of
