An experienced Human Resources Director with 30 years demonstrated history of working in the hospitality industry. Have so far spent 22 years out of that 30 years in Human Resources Strategies, Training and Development and Talent Development. Anita graduated with a Diploma in Hospitality Management from the American Hotel and Motel Association focused in Hotel Management. Anita is a Certified Hospitality Trainer and a Certified Trainer under Human Resources Development Corporation. Anita sits as Employer Panel in the Industrial Court. With a strong passion in developing people, Anita spends a large portion of her time grooming and developing her team. She believes in the mantra, when the student is ready, the teacher will appear. Married with two children, Anita enjoys travelling with her family. She also enjoys environmental friendly initiatives.
