Adele has over 20 years’ international corporate and consulting experience across various sectors and functional areas predominantly in HR, finance, and strategic projects. She has identified and assessed senior hires for finance, legal, technology and communications roles, and has been a champion for talent diversity beyond physical representation to include background, training, and industry experience.

Adele applies her leadership and organisation development training to specialise in change and transformation. She has supported the design, development and delivery of numerous strategic people plans, including full end-to-end management of talent programmes and processes for many companies such as GE, Standard Chartered Bank, HSBC, RSA, Prudential, Varde Partners and Tokio Marine Kiln.

Due to her multi-faceted background in finance, media, human resources and psychology, Adele has an excellent understanding of how things are on the ground. By wearing both commercial and human experience hats, she holds the space for a grander vision of business and community to take form through people and culture development.

Adele is also a published author, mother and truth facilitator who believes in the power of one and creating a better tomorrow by reimagining wellness and wellbeing today.
